*Early Bird – $485 USD (through February 1, 2013)

*Regular – $545 USD (February 1, 2013 – Friday, July 19th, 2013)

Registrations after July 19th will only be available on-site for an additional $75 fee.

The Registration cost for the Congress grants you access to nearly every component of the event:

Registrations must be secured with a credit card, check, or wire transfer.
Cancellations:
Cancellation requests will be subject to a $50 service charge. Cancellation requests received after June 30th, 2013, or no-shows are subject to the full registration fee.
Substitutions:
If you are unable to attend the conference and have already registered, simply log back into your existing registration and designate another person to take your place. Substitutions must be made no later than July 19th, 2013.
